Door Components, Inc. and its affiliates (“DCI Hollow Metal” or “DCI”) welcome you to our website. We respect your right to privacy. DCI does not share, sell or rent customer information to outside companies for their promotional use. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website or subscribes to our electronic communications.

This Privacy Policy is designed to explain the types of information obtained through the Website and how that information is used by DCI or shared with others. Please review the policy carefully, by accessing this Website you are indicating your agreement to the Privacy Policy. Information Collected

DCI may collect information through the use of the Website from a variety of sources – this includes (i) information you may choose to provide while on the Website (such as information about your business or occupation, as well as personal identification information such as name, addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses) and (ii) information the Website collects automatically. DCI also accepts resumes via our website in connection with employment opportunities.

The following are some examples of information you may choose to provide while using the Website:

  • You want us to contact you or receive DCI’s Publications, Information or other News. You can Contact DCI by submitting a Get in Touch email from our website, provide us with information such as your name, mailing address, and email address. You also can also provide a message to help us understand the nature of your inquiry. We also provide you with DCI’s Toll Free and Local numbers so you can give us a call if you would prefer.
  • You want to Download any of the great tools and reference information we have on the site. We do not require you to sign up or register with DCI to download any of the templates, brochures, forms or reference material we make available on our website. You do not need to provide personal information to download and use the information, forms and tools we provide. If you do send us one of the forms such as the Credit Card Authorization Form, Parts Order Form, Substitution Request Form, or Cut Sheets, we do not upload any of your personal information to the website, you just download the form and email or mail it DCI. All employees handling Customer information have been trained and are aware of DCI’s privacy policies. No customer data is ever shared, distributed or sold.
  • You want to become a DCI Distributor. You will be directed to download our credit application as a PDF, to fill out and email back to Due to the sensitive nature of a credit application we do not capture any of that information on our website. Simply download the PDF fill it out, and send it to the above email address.
  • You want to become a part of the growing DCI Family. Through our Website you may submit your resume, which we will use in the course of our recruiting procedure. No personal information is captured on the website, and the resumes are delivered via email directly to our HR Department.

The Website also collects certain information automatically when you access or use the Website. For example, DCI may monitor and compile statistical information concerning the usage of the Website. This information allows us to monitor its utilization and continuously improve its quality. Examples of this information would include, but not be limited to, the number of visitors to the Website, or to sections or pages within the Website, patterns of traffic flowing through the Website, length of time spent on the Website, or in sections or pages of the Website, the other sites that refer visitors to the Website, the pages of the Website that visitors frequently use as entry and exit points, utilization of the browser and operating systems and versions used by visitors to the Website, etc.

DCI does not knowingly collect or maintain any information about any individual under the age of 13. Do Not Track

Governing Law

The Policy is governed by the internal substantive laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principals. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of the Policy shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts within California. If any provision of the Policy is found to be invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect.
